RE: Participation in the National Federation of the Blind of Arkansas State Convention on April 12-13, 2024
Dear Prospective Exhibitor,
The National Federation of the Blind of Arkansas is proud to present Exceeding Expectations. This convention will be held in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
We are asking you to consider this opportunity to represent yourself and your offerings during our upcoming convention. Your audience will be members of this growing community of blind people working towards gaining independence. Whether it be daily living, going to school, or getting a job, we are committed to helping this segment of our population thrive.
We are asking for you to set up at the National Federation of the Blind of Arkansas state convention because as we are working on strengthening and growing our membership, we want you to be a part of our mission. Your exhibit will add value to our convention while providing an audience who is potentially interested in what you offer.

A timely reply to this invitation is appreciated since the agenda and other convention materials will be printed weeks in advance and to allow extra time needed to create Braille formatted materials.
To reserve your place, checks need to be received no later than Friday, March 8, 2024. Checks can be made payable to NFB of Arkansas. They should be mailed with an exhibitor form to:
