This online registration form must be submitted by midnight on March 27, 2026 in order to receive the discounted rate.
The full convention registration package includes the banquet dinner. The registration fee is $60.00 per person through March 27, 2026. Any registrations submitted after March 27, 2026 will be charged $70.00 per person.
A virtual attendance option is available. The registration fee for virtual attendees is $10.00.
Registration payments may be made through Square, check or money order, or at the door. After submitting the registration form, you will be directed to a confirmation page. On that page, select the appropriate payment link that corresponds to your registration choice in order to complete your payment. These links should be used if you are paying by credit or debit card, or if you are using a personal Square account, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

Individuals with special dietary needs or meal accommodations for any convention meals should contact Nena Chadwick at 479-435-8348 or via email at nchadwick@nfbar.org. Requests must be submitted no later than March 27 to ensure accommodations can be arranged. While every effort will be made to honor dietary requests, the hotel reserves the right to change some menu choices due to market availability. Any substitutions will be made to be as close to the original selection as possible.
If you are registering multiple people for the convention, you must complete a separate form for each attendee.
All members who have paid their dues and are active, and who are registered for the convention, will be eligible for door prizes and to vote during the convention.
The 2026 NFB of Arkansas State Convention will take place Friday, April 17, 2026 through Saturday, April 18, 2026.

The National Federation of the Blind of Arkansas (NFB of Arkansas) reserves the right to cancel any registration that is not completed and paid in full by March 27, 2026. Payments made by check or money order must be received by NFB of Arkansas no later than March 27, 2026; please allow ample time for mailing to ensure your payment arrives on time, as late payments will not be accepted or processed. Registration payments may be made through Square, check or money order, or at the door, in accordance with the payment instructions provided.
Additionally, the NFB of Arkansas reserves the right to cancel any registration submitted by current or former members who are not in good standing with the organization. Registration is considered a privilege and may be revoked at the discretion of the NFB of Arkansas to maintain fairness and uphold the integrity of the organization.

It is understood that this material will be used solely for educational purposes or to promote the programs of the NFB and NFB of Arkansas.
The National Federation of the Blind of Arkansas's goal is to be sensitive to members with perfume and chemical sensitivities who, as a result, may suffer potentially serious health consequences. In order to address this concern, members and participants at conventions and other meetings should refrain from wearing scented products, including, but not limited to perfumes, colognes, aftershave lotions, or similar products. We want to ensure full participation in all of our state-wide activities.
I acknowledge that I have read the Code of Conduct of the National Federation of the Blind and that I agree to follow its policies, standards, and principles during this National Federation of the Blind sponsored event. This policy will be enforced during the event.
